Youth Talk 2022

Our college actively participates in various activities organized by the ICT Academy, including the "Youth Talk" initiative aimed at enhancing communication skills and grooming future leaders. Out of 41 registered participants, 6 students were selected to represent our college at the Zonal level, where approximately 123 students from various colleges participated. Ms. M.N. Bathru Nish, a student from II MA. English, emerged as the regional finalist, showcasing exceptional communication skills.

Power seminar

The Power Seminar on "Traditional Thinking vs Design Thinking" organized by the ICT Academy on 25th August 2022, which attracted 50 participants. The seminar featured a keynote address delivered by Mr. Sathish Raj, CEO of E Crusader, shedding light on the importance and distinctions between traditional thinking and design thinking. This seminar provided valuable insights into innovative problem-solving approaches, encouraging participants to explore alternative perspectives and methodologies.

Bridge’22 Conference

Our college was represented by two faculty members, Dr. N. Mohamed Rilwan from the Department of Mathematics, and Mr. K. Ganesh Kumar from the Department of Computer Science, at the Bridge'22 Conference held on 13th July 2022 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai. The conference, in its 47th edition, focused on the theme "Revitalizing India through New Age Skills." It aimed to bring together industry experts, academic leaders, and government policymakers to address the challenge of upskilling students and preparing them for the future. Such conferences play a crucial role in providing insights into the evolving needs of industries and guiding higher education institutions in aligning their curricula to meet these demands. The participation of our faculty members reflects our commitment to staying updated with industry trends and fostering collaboration between academia and industry for the holistic development of our students.
