Friends of Police (FOP) 2017-2018

Friends of Police (FOP) of our college was inaugurated on 13.12.2017. Training programmes for FOP volunteers were conducted on 02.01.2018 and 12.01.2018. The FOP volunteers participated in a One Day Road Safety Awareness Programme at the District Science Centre on 07.01.2018. Ninety Five FOP volunteers assisted the City Traffic Police personnel in regulating the traffic on 03.03.2018. They were given certificates of appreciation. The Rotary Club of Tirunelveli appreciated our FOP volunteers for their valuable service and certificates of appreciation were given to our volunteers at the head office of the Rotaract Club on 12.03.2018. A road safety awareness programme was organized by the Tirunelveli City Police on 15.03.2018. Fifteen of our FOP volunteers participated in the programme. Dr. A. Abdul Azeez, Assistant Professor of History, is the coordinator.
