The Department of Computer Applications began its Association activities on August 03, 2019 with Dr. Saravana Kumar, who delivered a talk on “Social Media and Society”.
The department conducted a guest lecture on 10.10.2019 and Dr. V. Ramalakshmi@Kanthimathi was the resource person who spoke on the topic, “Internet of Things”.
The department also organized a two-day Institutional Workshop on January 23 and 24, 2020 titled, “Familiarisation to Computer Networking”. Mr. S.Vijay Krishnan, M. Tech Sub-Divisional Engineer, BSNL, Tirunelveli, was the resource person and nearly 70 participants took part in the workshop.
