The Department of Commerce (Finance) had its Association inauguration on 16.09.2016. Prof. V.C. Shankar, M.D.T. Hindu College, spoke on the topic Investment and Job Opportunities in Share Market. The Department conducted its first guest lecture for the even semester on January 06, 2017 on the topic Opportunities and Challenges in GST. The second guest lecture was organized on 17.03.2017 with Dr. K. Ananth, Director, M.D.T. Hindu College, as the chief guest. He delivered a special lecture on Awareness on e-Wallet.
