Activities - (2019-2020)


The Department of Computer Science (Unaided) inaugurated its Association on August 08, 2019 and Dr. B.N. Prathibha M.C.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., NET, Associate Professor, Department of Information Technology, G.V.N. College, Kovilpatti, delivered a lecture titled, “Block Chain Management”. The Department conducted a guest lecture on February 11, 2020 where Dr. M. Safish Mary M.C.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., Department of Computer Science of St. Xavier’s College, Tirunelveli, spoke on “Cloud Computing”. The department organized a State Level Workshop on February 27 and 28, 2020 titled, “A Two day State Level Workshop on Pro Angulars”. Mr. M. Gomathi Vignesh, Senior Software Engineer, Tagit India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai; and Mr. P. Sridhar Raj, Software Engineer, Cloud Tower Technologies, Tirunelveli, acted as resource persons. Nearly 100 participants took part in the workshop.

An One Day State Level Workshop entitled as AUTOMATION USING PYTHON (SWAP2019) was organized by the Department of Computer Science (Aided) 7.03.2019, Mr. K. Sarathkumar, Research Analyst & Developer and Mr. V. Srinivasan, Solution Architect Associate, Technical Care Software & Services, Tirunelveli gave a talk on AUTOMATION USING PYTHON.


An One Day State Level Workshop entitled as AUTOMATION USING PYTHON (SWAP2019) was organized by the Department of Computer Science (Aided) 10.02.2020, Er. S. Rama Subramanian, CEO, Sanjeev Institute of Technology, Tirunelveli gave hands on training to the participants on Mobile App Development.
