The First Guest Lecture of the Department of Mathematics(Unaided) for the academic year 2015-2016 was held on 30.10.2015 at 11.00.a.m.Mr. B. Mohamed Faizal, Assistant Professor in Mathematics, National College of Engineering, Maruthakulam, was the resource person and he delivered a lecture on the topic “Applications of Mathematics in Engineering”. Dr. A.Asraf Ali, the PrincipalIncharge of Sadakathullah Appa College and Mrs.M.P.Syed Ali Nisaya, the Head of the Department of Mathematics(Unaided), Sadakathullah Appa College, made the event a grand success with their presence.

The Second Guest Lecture of the Department of Mathematics(Unaided) for the academic year 2015-2016 was held on 03.02.2016 at 11.00 a.m.The Resource Person, Dr. K. Alli, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, M. D. T. Hindu College, Tirunelveli, delivered a lecture on “Basic Concepts on Topological Spaces”. Dr.M.Mohamed Sathik, the Principal of Sadakathullah Appa College, Dr.A.Abdul Kader, the Director of Unaided Courses of Sadakathullah Appa College and Mrs.M.P.Syed Ali Nisaya, the Head of the Department of Mathematics(Unaided), Sadakathullah Appa College, were also present.
