Activities - 2018-2019

The Department of Mathematics (Unaided) inaugurated its Association in the presence of Mrs. T. Kumarilatha, Assistant Professor, Sri Kumara Gurupara Swamigal Arts College, Srivaikundam who delivered a lecture titled, Geodesic in Graphs. The department also organized a guest lecture on 27.10.2018 by Dr. T. Asir, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Mathematics, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai titled Learning Technique in Mathematics. The second guest lecture was arranged on 16.02.2019. Dr. Veeramani, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Mathematics, VIT University, Vellore was invited as the resource person who delivered a speech titled, Problems on Algebra. The department also organized a state level workshop titled, One-Day State Level Workshop on Analysis on 07.03.2019. Dr. M. Marudai, Hon. Professor, Department of Mathematics,Bharathidasan University, Trichy was the resource person and nearly 100 people from various colleges took part in it.
