The Department of Arabic (Aided)T began its departmental activities for the academic year 2019 with a guest lecture by Dr. M. Shamsudeen Jamali, Guest Lecturer, Department of Arabic, University of Madras on September 23. The Uniqueness of the Arabic Language was the topic of the guest lecture.

Sulthan Salahudeen, Assistant Professor of Arabic, Zaviya Arabic College, Kayalpatnam, were the invited Guest Speakers.

The Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies (Unaided) began its departmental activities for the year 2019 with its Association inauguration on July 26. Mr. M.A. Shawqath Ali Usmani delivered a lecture on Goal Setting in the Light of Hadeeth Literature .

The department conducted its first guest lecture on August 29, 2019 on the topic Seek Guidance before Journey by Mr. F. Jamal Mohamed Hussain Baqavi. The department conducted its second guest lecture on 13.02.2020 by Dr. K. Sulthan Salahudeen Mazahiri, who spoke of Humanism in Arabic Literature On 23-09-2019.

the department organized a state level seminar titled, Modern Techniques and their Application in Learning Arabic Grammar . Mr. M.Y. Humayoon Kabeer, Mr. A. Abdul Hayu, Dr. Shamsudeen and Dr. Ansarudeen were invited as the resource persons. Nearly 200 participants attended the seminar.
