Activities (2015-2016)

The Research Department of English inaugurated its Literary Association with Dr. K. Peer Mohamed of Al-Jubail Industrial College, Saudi Arabia, delivering a lecture on The Secrets of your Life on 07.08.2015. The Department also conducted a UGC-sponsored State Level Seminar on Biographies in English on 28.01.2016.

Dr. Alexander, Head of the Department of English, Government Arts College, Karur, Dr. Abdul Mohamed Ali Jinna, Jamal Mohamed College and Dr. K.T. TamilMani,Nehru Memorial College, Trichy, were the resource persons. The activities of the English Department Association came to a close with Valedictory Ceremony on 21.03.2016. Dr. Y. Sayed Mohammed, Formerly Associate Professor of English, Sadakathullah Appa College, spoke on English Literature Teaching through Computers during the occasion.
